A key priority of the forum is to work with a range of organisations in North East Lincolnshire. We are committed to raising awareness, increasing understanding and developing relationships with employers as we work towards removing barriers that may be faced by lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans communities in our area.
How can I get involved?We would like to hear from organisations that can get involved with this exciting project in one of a number of ways:
- Adding your contact details to the circulation list – to be kept informed of meetings and developments
- To add your organisation name and logo to forum marketing materials – showing your support of our aims and objectives To sponsor one of our awareness raising events
Why should my organisation support this forum?
- It is estimated that LGBT communities represent between 5% and 10% of the total population.
- This is a significant amount of potential customers or staff.
- By showing your support you could increase your access to a greater skills base (through a wider, more inclusive pool of candidates) or encourage custom from the LGBT communities due to your positive approach.
